Team News

Dinamo Zagreb

The hosts went all the way through qualification. In the final round, the team got Bodo/Glimt, beating them 4-2 to advance to the group stage. In addition, the Zagreb side played Shkupi and Ludogorets.

After qualifying for the Champions League, Dinamo played two league games. On August 28, there was a victory over Å ibenik 2-1. After that, the Blues beat the Rijeka side at home 3-1.

By the way, Dinamo is confidently leading the Croatian league table. The club is the current domestic champion.

Last season, the team played in the Europa League and reached the 1/16 finals, where they lost to Sevilla.

Dinamo Zagreb possible starting lineup: Livakovic; Ristovski, Sutalo, Peric, Ljubicic; Spikic, Ademi, Ivanusec, Orsic; Petkovic, Baturina.

Chelsea

Chelsea has played six rounds in the EPL, with Thomas Tuchel’s side in sixth place. Before this meeting, the Blues beat West Ham in the London derby.

Also, this season, the Blues could distinguish themselves with a 2-2 draw with Tottenham and a 2-1 win over Leicester. The start of the season was marked by a 0-3 defeat against Leeds and, more recently, by a 1-2 loss to Southampton.

In the final days of the transfer window, the Londoners reinforced three more players. Defender Wesley Fofana, forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and midfielder Denis Zakaria have arrived.

However, the participation of Zakaria and Aubameyang is questionable. N’Golo Kante is out injured and is unavailable for sure.

Chelsea’s possible starting lineup: Arrizabalaga; Fofana, Silva, Koulibaly; James, Jorginho, Kovacic, Chilwell; Mount, Sterling; Havertz.
