The lesser heavyweight bout between Greg Hardy and Yorgan De Castro will open the UFC 249 main card on Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida.

Hardy is more recognizable to the average audience and has a very successful experience with aggressive punchers in his short MMA career. The ex-American football player began his mixed martial arts career in 2018. He went into his last fight against Alexander Volkov and lost by unanimous decision.
De Castro has already successfully debuted in the octagon. His last victory against Justin Tafa via knockout in the first round was spectacular.
Both heavyweight fighters are considered strikers, but Hardy will enter the octagon in the status of a favorite. He’s five inches shorter than his opponent and has six inches less of reach.
